a grand thing!

This morning, as I was on the loo at work (where all good thinking happens incidentally), I was thinking about a colleague who sees so much of life as a hassle and a problem. And I realised, all I wanted to say to him was:

Don't you realise life is the best thing that's happened to us?

And I log in and see this quote...
